This is an in-person position based in our west side Cincinnati, Ohio office.Haverkamp, Riehl &amp; Michel Co. LPA is a service-oriented general practice law firm serving greater Cincinnati, Ohio. Our attorneys provide valuable counsel to small and large businesses, individuals, and estate, probate &amp; trust fiduciaries. Our firm was founded in 1912.Visit our website: hrm-law.comResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Provide support to assigned attorneys, including document drafting and review</li><li>Drafting basic and advanced estate administration matters using internal templates</li><li>Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally</li><li>Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with exceptional customer service and positive attitude</li><li>Process and distribute daily mail, faxes, and UPS packages, and packets for legal courier service</li><li>Order and maintain office supplies</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software from the Microsoft suite of products</li><li>Comfort with Adobe Acrobat and experience with formatting and electronic filing of legal documents, a plus</li><li>Strong grammatical knowledge (e.g. structure of formal correspondence)</li><li>Addresses all projects and tasks with a sense of urgency</li><li>Effective communication skills both written and verbal</li><li>Advanced organization skills and attention to detail</li></ul>APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS<ul><li>Please submit a current resume and contact information for professional or educational references to mseitz@hrm-law.com</li></ul>Pay offered will be based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant work history.Interviews will be arranged by Haverkamp, Riehl &amp; Michel Co.
