Job Summary: English Language school in Waikiki, Hawaii looking for individuals available as an on-call ESL Instructor for classes held in-person at our school.Founded in 2007, our English Language school has been the gathering place for students of all ages, English levels, and nationalities to experience an English-speaking environment with the true taste of Aloha.We are currently looking for instructors available for in-person private, semi-private, and group lessons for students of all ages and various English Language abilities. Classes are normally held during school hours Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM at our school in Waikiki, Hawaii.Responsibilities: - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students - Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student - Assess student progress and provide feedback on their language development - Engage students in the learning process - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success - Provide guidance and support to students in their language acquisition journey - Foster a love for language learning and cultural understandingQualifications:- Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficiency in spoken and written English commensurate with a teacher's role as a language model-Experience teaching a wide variety of English skills, abilities, and age levels.- Familiarity in a classroom/tutoring setting.-Flexibility with schedule based on class enrollmentIf you are passionate about helping students develop their English language skills and thrive in a multicultural environment and are looking for a flexible on-call schedule, we encourage you to apply.Mahalo!Job Types: Part-time, TemporaryPay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Honolulu, HI 96815 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
