Job Summary</b></h2><p>
Minit Stop is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Salary Pay Range of $62,000 - $66,000 plus Quarterly Bonuses.</b></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Will Do</b></h2><ul><li>
Oversee all aspects of the store&rsquo;s daily operations, including scheduling, submitting payroll, opening/closing procedures, inventory control and management, ordering, and adherence to other key procedures.</li><li>
Consistently reinforces Minit Stop&rsquo;s brand identity and operational excellence by ensuring all practices reflect the company&rsquo;s Core Values and guiding principles.</li><li>
Provide effective leadership through staff recruitment, training, and development. Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans to ensure team alignment with company standards.</li><li>
Ensure outstanding customer service by encouraging a welcoming environment, promptly addressing concerns, and maintaining high service standards across all interactions.</li><li>
Drives store profitability by optimizing sales, controlling costs, and analyzing performance metrics, while partnering with leadership to meet financial goals and identify growth opportunities.</li><li>
Ensure that Company Health and Safety Standards are in compliance with Federal, State and Local laws at all times including proper food handling and sanitation practices.</li><li>
Operate and maintain all company equipment, and promptly report, document, and investigate any workplace safety incidents, hazards, or injuries to support timely and appropriate correction actions.</li><li>
Other duties and special projects as assigned.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Education and Experience</b></h2><ul><li>
Candidates must meet the legal requirements for acquiring credentials to sell liquor and tobacco products in the state of Hawaii.</li><li>
High school diploma, GED or equivalent education experience preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory or management role in retail and/or foodservice.</li><li>
Acquire a Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance and Safe Food Handler's Certification upon hire, and a Class C Underground Storage Tank (UST) Certification and Liquor Cards for any county where Minit Stop operates within 60 days of hire.</li><li>
Demonstrates strong leadership and effective communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills, with proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer applications.</li><li>
Ability to follow Company policies, delegate directions and understand and abide by Local, State and Federal laws pertaining to the sale of Alcohol and Tobacco products and handling of food.</li><li>
Be able to lift up to 25 pounds to a height of at least 4 feet with or without reasonable accommodation and stand for prolonged periods of time throughout the day.</li><li>
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including various shifts and days, to support smooth store operations and participate in required meetings and trainings.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
