The Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for customer service, communication, store management, and retail loss prevention.Qualifications<ul><li>Customer satisfaction and customer service skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Experience in store management and retail loss prevention</li><li>Ability to manage staff and delegate tasks effectively</li><li>Experience in the home decor or construction industry is a plus</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred</li><li>Candidate from Wayanad preferred</li></ul>Salary<ul><li>There will be a probation period of six months and the salary will be 18k to 20k.
