The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building and maintaining relationships with customers. Hawaii Doors and Windows is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in managing administrative tasks while also contributing to sales operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, customer service experience, and a results-driven mindset to support business growth and achieve monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:<ul><li>Handle all general office administration, including filing, document control, scheduling, and correspondence.</li><li>Manage inventory records, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers.</li><li>Assist with daily operations and support other departments as required.</li><li>Maintain accurate databases, customer records, and ensure timely updates.</li><li>Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.</li></ul>Sales Support &amp; Execution:<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information (doors, windows, fittings, etc.).</li><li>Assist walk-in customers, provide quotes, and follow up on leads.</li><li>Support the sales team with documentation, pricing, and product availability.</li><li>Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery coordination.</li><li>Maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.</li></ul>Target &amp; Performance:<ul><li>Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.</li><li>Track and report on sales performance regularly to management.</li><li>Actively contribute to achieving overall store and team targets.</li><li>Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products during customer interactions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role (preferably in construction, hardware, or building materials industry).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting/invoicing software.</li><li>Knowledge of doors, windows, and related hardware is a plus.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Timely and accurate handling of administrative duties.</li><li>Achievement of monthly individual sales target (as set by management).</li><li>Customer satisfaction and repeat business rate.</li><li>Accuracy in documentation and reporting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹9,516.90 - ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
