Using the latest in technological advancement in the oil &amp; gas industry, coupled with our highly professional and dedicated staff, we offer solutions from gas treatment off/shore, on/shore drilling, compression packages, EPF&hellip;etc. to the latest in renewable energy solutions.We are hiring a sales Manager &ndash; Oil &amp; Gas who has following skills and experience:Responsibilities<ul><li>Own the sales objective and growth targets for the assigned territory, making adjustments to ensure goals are achieved.</li><li>Driving business growth targets for the portfolio of Oil &amp; Gas related Products, Services, End Solutions</li><li>&middot; Identification, validation and leadership of key prospects and opportunities, maintaining client relationship management records to provide a visible and accurate sales pipeline.</li><li>Ensure customer feedback is obtained by establishing a strong client relationship and maintaining regular engagement with clients.</li><li>Development of win strategies and win plans to support proposals and commercial submissions. Prepare and review technical/commercial proposals and tenders.</li><li>Lead sales and marketing efforts by performing presentations and demonstrations at client office.</li><li>Lead and execute the sales strategy for the company's products and engineered solutions.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients including EPCs, end-users, and consultants.</li><li>Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and strategic markets, particularly in metering, instrumentation, skids, and analyzer systems.</li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering, proposals, and execution teams to ensure alignment on project scope, cost, and delivery.</li><li>Provide techno-commercial support to clients, including site visits, presentations, and system demonstrations.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Responsible for promotions, channel programs, association networking and lead process to maximize the pipeline for growth and return on sales.</li><li>Work with marketing to identify new opportunities and be a key contributor to the commercial strategy development.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Process or Mechanical engineering.
