Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Real Estate Executive to join our team. This role involves tele calling prospective clients, arranging site visits, and providing support during property viewings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of real estate practices, and the ability to ensure a smooth client experience from initial contact to property visit.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Telecalling and Client Engagement:</li><li>Initiate contact with potential clients via telephone and email.</li><li>Understand client requirements and provide relevant property options.</li><li>Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospective clients.</li><li>Site Visit Coordination:</li><li>Schedule property viewings based on client availability and preferences.</li><li>Confirm appointments and ensure properties are ready for showing.</li><li>Provide clients with necessary information and directions for site visits.</li><li>Accompanying Clients During Visits:</li><li>Meet clients at the property and provide a tour.</li><li>Highlight key features and benefits of the property.</li><li>Address client queries and concerns during the visit.</li><li>Client Relationship Management:</li><li>Build rapport with clients to understand their preferences and needs.</li><li>Provide timely updates on new properties and market trends.</li><li>Follow up post-visit to gather feedback and facilitate further steps.</li><li>Administrative Support:</li><li>Assist in preparing property documents and agreements.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team for closing deals and documentation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience as a Real Estate Executive, Telecaller, or similar role prefered.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.</li><li>10+2 or equivalent; additional experience in real estate will be a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development.</li><li>Dynamic work environment with supportive colleagues.</li><li>Health insurance and other benefits as per company policy.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
