If you're a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly absorb information, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.About the RoleAs a Legal Clerk/Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team by managing and prioritizing a high volume of tasks. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Utilizing our internal workflow database to prepare and process documents.</li><li>Handling incoming documents from courts.</li><li>Printing and filing legal documents.</li><li>Sorting and distributing documents to various locations across the region and country.</li></ul>This position requires someone who can work with a sense of urgency, maintain accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:<ul><li>Proficiency in the use and operation of standard office equipment, including scanners, copiers, and printers.</li><li>The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple competing tasks and demands with accuracy.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>A minimum of 1 year of order/data entry experience.</li><li>Exceptional accuracy and a typing speed of 60+ WPM (preferred).</li><li>Well-developed communication skills and the ability to interact positively with individuals at all levels.</li><li>A strong understanding that team performance is more significant than individual performance.</li><li>A natural sense of urgency in your work.</li></ul>What's in It for You?At HSPS, we believe in empowering our employees.
