 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide high-level executive support to the CHRO, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track deliverables, timelines, and internal initiatives; serve as a liaison across HR and other business units.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate meetings, in-office catering, retreats and seminars, and office events as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support ongoing HR and firmwide initiatives by tracking deliverables, critical accomplishments, and cross-functional timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with HR teams in different regions to ensure consistency across initiatives and support ongoing planning and progress tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage internal documentation, employee files and department reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administrative assistance, including but not limited to, completing expense reports, and ad hoc projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle sensitive information with discretion and respond to shifting priorities with professionalism.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports, updates, and summaries while ensuring milestones are clearly communicated.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate cross-functional efforts, helping ensure alignment across global HR stakeholders.
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:

 Experienced. You have at least four years of international C-level EA support blended with HR experience. A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred.
 </li>
