 Performing forecast Production Cost monthly to support financial decisions,

 Support to prepare and communicate monthly / annual SC KPI and profitability reports for Global SC teamsAssist to analyze and explain deviations of cost of goods manufactured and sold in actuals vs forecasts,
 </li>
 <li>
 Study category / product/ production line feasibility studies for new market entries, or category expansions
 </li>
 <li>
 Business partnering of R&amp;D, Marketing, Procurement or Region functions in the areas of SKU profitability and R&amp;D feasibility scenerios to support decision making
 </li>

 Acting as a team member in ongoing ERP transformation and digitalisation projects
 </li>

 RESPONSIBILITIES

 Manage and develop existing business partners, ensuring sustainable growth and high customer satisfaction,

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, and national/international retailers (supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies, etc.),

 Drive export sales performance by ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and timely execution of customer orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market analysis to track competitor activities, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable sales plans,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets based on past performance, current trends, and market dynamics,
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel abroad for existing and/or new business partner visits and attend international fairs in order to represent the company,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the internal and external progress daily and reporting to the Export Area Sales Manager regularly,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and timely handling of all order-to-delivery steps, including proforma approval, document preparation, logistics coordination, and communication between all stakeholders,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor shipment processes to ensure on-time delivery and maintain efficient communication with customers throughout,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proforma invoice is approved by customer, all necessary export documents are provided on time, order is processed in the credit limit frame, logistics &amp; external trade departments are informed on time for necessary preparation for the shipment.
 </li>

 QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years of experience in export sales and operations, preferably in the FMCG sector,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of written and spoken English &amp; Arabic,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is a plus,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in customs procedures and foreign trade legislation,
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong planning, communication and coordination skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 No restrictions to travel abroad.
