Blending - Swing Shift (1:00pm to 9:30pm) 
Heavy lifting is required 
Salary Compensation: $17.50 ($16 base pay + $1.50 shift differential)

Job Summary: 
The Production Associate &ndash; Blending position is responsible for a variety of different production duties within Blending line. The Production Associate &ndash;Blending is responsible for operating the blending production line to fulfill production requirements. The Production Associate &ndash; Blending must have high attention to detail and work at a fast pace in order to meet their key performance indicators safely and accurately. This role may support functions in sanitation and daily cleaning. 
 
Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Operate fill/feed lines on blending areas.</li><li>
Operate Mixing Stations in blending areas.</li><li>
 Operate packaging stations and stack finished products on any line.</li><li>
 Operate production equipment safely and without errors.</li><li>
Communicate any problem or changes in production or quality to supervisor or lead personnel.</li><li>
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP&rsquo;s) for line equipment and complete cleaning as needed.</li><li>
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP&rsquo;s) while in all production areas.</li><li>
Fill out clear and legible batch processing documentation and cleaning records.</li><li>
Operate packaging stations and stack finished products on any line.</li><li>
 Run washroom equipment and use necessary personal protective equipment.</li><li>
 Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production area.</li><li>
Participate in continuous improvement process.</li><li>
Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.</li><li>
 Work with Blending line as a team player by providing excellent teamwork and collaborative attitude.</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>
Must be able to consistently lift bags up to 55 lbs without restrictions or limitations.</li><li>
Fill out clear and legible batch processing documentation and cleaning records.</li><li>
Operate fill/feed lines on blending areas.</li><li>
Operate Mixing Stations in blending areas.</li><li>
Operate packaging stations and stack finished products on Blending line.</li><li>
Complete cleaning on production equipment as required.</li><li>
Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.</li><li>
Participate in continuous improvement process.</li><li>
Work with Blending line as a team player by providing excellent teamwork and collaborative attitude Run washroom equipment and use necessary personal protective equipment.</li><li>
Must be able to work in a facility that handles allergens including, but not limited to: wheat, soy, egg, milk, celery and mustard.</li></ul>

Qualifications
 
Education and Experience:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED preferred.</li></ul>
