Do not apply if you are not an Active ACCA Member.Position: Accounts Manager (ACCA Member) &ndash; Onsite | Islamabad | Morning ShiftHBCS UAE is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager with Active ACCA Membership to join our Islamabad (Gulberg Greens) team.This on-site position requires strong expertise in accounting, VAT, taxation, compliance, and proven leadership and team management skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team while maintaining high standards of accuracy and accountability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, cash flow, and management reports.</li><li>Lead the preparation and filing of VAT and tax returns in full compliance with applicable regulations.</li><li>Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and internal control policies.</li><li>Manage reconciliations, budgeting, invoicing, and audit coordination.</li><li>Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills in guiding, mentoring, and supervising junior accounting staff.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.</li><li>Stay updated with changes in VAT, taxation, and financial reporting standards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active ACCA Membership (Mandatory).</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, or audit.</li><li>Strong command over VAT, taxation, compliance, and IFRS-based financial reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in Odoo, QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or other ERP systems.</li><li>Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.</li><li>Experience working in a well-reputed organization with team-handling exposure.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Hands-on exposure to VAT, taxation, and advanced ERP-based accounting systems.</li><li>A growth-oriented, collaborative, and professional work environment.</li><li>Continuous learning, leadership, and development opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>This role requires an active ACCA membership.
