We are looking for Company Secretary:Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:1. Compliance &amp; Statutory FilingsAssist in preparation and filing of ROC forms, returns, and other MCA compliances.Support in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, RBI/FEMA guidelines, and other applicable laws.Maintain statutory registers, minutes, and records accurately.2. Share Dematerialization &amp; Securities HandlingCoordinate with Depository Participants (NSDL/CDSL), RTA (Registrar &amp; Transfer Agents), and banks for dematerialization of shares.Handle processes related to share transfers, issue of share certificates, and reconciliation of demat/physical records.Assist in preparing documents for corporate actions like bonus issue, rights issue, and private placements.3. Meetings &amp; DocumentationDraft notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.Ensure timely circulation of meeting documents and follow-up on action items.Support senior CS in maintaining compliance calendar and alerts for due dates.4. Secretarial DocumentationDraft and vet agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and company policies.Maintain corporate records, registers of members, directors, and share transfers.Assist in preparation of compliance certificates and disclosures.5. Client &amp; Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with directors, promoters, investors, auditors, and regulators for necessary information and compliance requirements.Communicate with clients, banks, legal advisors, and consultants for documentation and approvals.Follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of compliance-related tasks.CS qualification (completed or awaiting membership from ICSI).Internship/Training experience in a PCS Firm or Corporate Secretarial Department will be an advantage.Skills RequiredGood knowledge of MCA filings, SEBI &amp; FEMA compliances.Understanding of share dematerialization process (NSDL/CDSL, RTA coordination).Excellent drafting and documentation skills.6 days workingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
