Established in 1970, it handles civil works, infrastructure, building construction, bridges, utility networks, treatment plants and more, employing thousands of laborers on major national projects.An Electrical Engineer at HBK Contracting Company W.L.L. is responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and executing electrical works in construction and infrastructure projects such as buildings, roads, utilities, and large-scale developments.Key Responsibilities:Site Execution &amp; SupervisionSupervise electrical installation works on construction sitesEnsure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and standardsCoordinate with site engineers, foremen, and subcontractorsDesign &amp; Technical WorkReview electrical drawings, load schedules, and shop drawingsAssist in design coordination with consultants and MEP teamsVerify materials and technical submittalsSystems InstallationOversee installation of:Power distribution systemsLighting systemsEarthing and grounding systemsLow current systems (ELV, fire alarm, CCTV, etc.)Project CoordinationWork with planning engineers for project schedulesCoordinate with procurement for electrical materialsMonitor progress and report site statusSafety &amp; QualityEnsure compliance with HSE regulations in Qatar construction sitesConduct inspections and quality checksResolve site electrical issues and technical faultsDocumentationPrepare daily/weekly reportsMaintain inspection records and as-built drawingsSupport testing &amp; commissioning activitiesRequirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering2&ndash;8 years of construction/MEP experienceKnowledge of electrical systems (LV/MV, ELV systems)Familiar with Qatar construction standards (Kahramaa, QCS)AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera knowledge (preferred)Pay: From QAR10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
