The candidate will be responsible for finding relevant projects, writing proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into long-term projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork</li><li>Write professional and customized bids/proposals to clients</li><li>Communicate with clients and respond to job invitations</li><li>Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team</li><li>Maintain client relationships and follow up on proposals</li><li>Achieve monthly targets for project acquisition</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience as an Upwork bidder or online bidding specialist</li><li>Strong proposal writing and communication skills</li><li>Good understanding of Upwork platform and bidding strategies</li><li>Ability to handle client communication and negotiations</li><li>Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, AI, Mobile Apps, etc.) is preferred</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong sales and negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent written English communication</li><li>Ability to work under targets and deadlines</li><li>Good understanding of freelancing marketplaces</li></ul>EducationBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated resume to: careers@hbox.digital hr@hbox.digitalWork Location: In person
