Job OverviewHBSS (Hybrid Software Solution) is seeking a dedicated and creative English Teacher to develop and deliver high-quality educational English content through YouTube videos. The role focuses on clear explanation, student engagement, and curriculum-aligned teaching, especially for school-level and academic learners.The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, conceptually strong in English language and literature, and capable of explaining topics in a simple, logical, and engaging manner.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, script, and deliver English teaching videos for YouTube</li><li>Teach grammar, writing skills, comprehension, literature, and exam-oriented topics</li><li>Align content with school boards / academic syllabi where required</li><li>Present lessons clearly with proper pronunciation, tone, and pacing</li><li>Break complex topics into easy-to-understand explanations</li><li>Maintain consistency in teaching style and video delivery</li><li>Collaborate with the HBSS content and technical team</li><li>Review feedback and improve content quality continuously</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in English / Education / Linguistics (preferred)</li><li>Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills</li><li>Ability to explain concepts clearly to school-level and beginner learners</li><li>Confident camera presence and clear voice</li><li>Familiarity with YouTube-based teaching or online education</li><li>Basic understanding of lesson planning and structured teaching</li></ul>Preferred (Not Mandatory)<ul><li>Experience teaching SSC / HSSC / Board classes</li><li>Prior experience creating educational videos or online content</li><li>Knowledge of exam patterns and question-based teaching</li><li>Comfort with digital tools (slides, screen recording, basic editing awareness)</li></ul>What HBSS Offers<ul><li>Opportunity to be part of a growing digital education platform</li><li>Flexible working environment</li><li>Long-term collaboration potential</li><li>Exposure through HBSS YouTube and digital channels</li><li>Professional growth in online education and content creation</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates may submit:<ul><li>Updated CV</li><li>Short demo video (if available) or teaching sample</li><li>Brief introduction highlighting teaching experience</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 12 per weekWork Location: In person
