Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
We are currently seeking a Monitor Technician to join our team. As our Monitor Tech you will perform a variety of duties including EKG monitoring and interpretation, compiling, transcribing, preparing and maintaining records for your unit. You will also provide information and communication services to visitors and staff and assist nursing staff in maintaining efficient operations on the unit. <h5 class="jobSectionHeader">Job Summary and Qualifications</h5><ul><li>
You will interpret Rhythms and Arrhythmias.</li><li>
You will report all changes in heart rate/rhythm to appropriate nursing staff.</li><li>
You will maintain Telemetry Supplies.</li><li>
You will record patient condition utilizing computerized documentation systems.</li><li>
You will perform duties with full understanding of related age specific factors.</li><li>
You will orient and mentor new staff members.</li><li>
You will follow Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.</li></ul>
Qualifications
<ul><li>BLS Healthcare Provider</li><li>
Completion of Basic EKG/Arrhythmia course. Demonstrated ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias</li><li>
Working knowledge of medical terminology</li><li>
CMT/Cardiac Experience Preferred</li><li>
Experience as a monitor tech in a hospital setting preferred</li><li>
Customer service abilities including effective listening skills</li><li>
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date</li><li>
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required</li></ul>

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization&rsquo;s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
What you will do in this role:<ul><li>
Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.</li><li>
Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.</li><li>
Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.</li><li>
Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.</li><li>
Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
</li><li>Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Recommends and implements courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization.</li><li>
Assists with staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.</li><li>
Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment.</li></ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader">

Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date</li><li>

Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date</li><li>
Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date</li><li>

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
We are currently looking for an ambitious Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator to join our team. As our Pharmacy Coordinator, you will provide consultative pharmacy services for the patient care areas and assists with the implementation and maintenance of pharmacy programs. You would also be responsible for providing leadership support with department operations and staff supervision. What you will do in the role:
<ul><li>Provide oversight of pharmacy distribution operations including order receipt, product storage, controlled substance process, dispensing and other distributional functions.</li><li>
Evaluate and analyze clinical data, medication use, formulary management and drug class monograph development in support of clinical toolkit development.
</li><li>Provide leadership and support in the execution of clinical pharmacy programs including but not limited to: consult management, clinical intervention documentation, and participation in patient care rounds.</li><li>
Coordinate educational activities (i.e. staff education or student precepting), prepare and coordinate agendas for P&amp;T committee meetings and participate in other multidisciplinary committees as needed.</li><li>
Collaborate with nursing and physician stakeholders.</li><li>
Ensure efficient operation of all pharmacy consult services; orient staff to processes as appropriate. Act as a resource of clinical information for other pharmacists and healthcare providers.</li><li>
Provide leadership support in the development, implementation and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs to ensure clinical services meet the requirements and needs of the patient population and community.</li></ul>
What qualifications you will need:<ul><li>
Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree in Pharmacy from College of Pharmacy.</li><li>
One to three years recent inpatient hospital experience as a staff pharmacist; One year in a lead or supervisory position preferred.</li><li>
Current FL Pharmacist license or licensure eligible.</li><li>
Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communications skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills.</li></ul>
