Job Summary and Qualifications</h5><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
As a Top Dollar Collector, you will be responsible for performing account follow-up and resolution of insurance and patient receivables for top dollar accounts. 
 
In this role you will: 
 
 
<ul><li>Work with patients and guarantors to resolve payer requests and discrepancies to resolve pending claims.</li><li>
Work top dollar insurance pools and contact insurance companies to resolve claims that are not paid in a timely manner.</li><li>
Review explanation of benefits (EOB), remits and payer correspondence while performing account follow-up and escalate any identified issues to the appropriate area for review and response to expedite claim resolution.</li><li>
Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with pool completion requirements.</li><li>
Update the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account.</li><li>
Work with patients and guarantors to resolve payer requests and discrepancies to resolve pending claims.</li></ul> 
What Qualifications you will need:<ul><li> 
 At least one-year of related experience required, preferably in healthcare.</li><li>
Relevant education may substitute for experience requirements.</li></ul>

Seeking a Charge Entry Specialist for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role: 
You will receive and review charge documents for accuracy and coordinates with front office staff on all payment/billing issues 
You will enter charges intopracticemanagement system. 
You will balance Charge Summary to tickets keyed beforefinalizing/updating charges in the system 
You will extract information from medical records, operative notes, hospital admissions, consults, progressnotesand discharges to ensure completeness and accuracy 
You willassistwith identifying quality issues with registration and scheduling activities 
What Qualifications you will need: 
Minimum of 1 year of coding, billing, and/or charge entry experience in the healthcare field isrequired 
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding is highly preferred 
Familiarity with third party billing requirements and payment policies is also highly preferred.</h5>
