The Case Manager coordinates, plans and implements services to support children and families in accomplishing their treatment goals, including skill building, advocacy, and resource connection.

<li>An Associate&rsquo;s Degree and two years experience and/or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree.</li>
<li>The ability to establish and maintain supportive relationships with children, youth and families.</li>
<li>Knowledge on how to provide holistic and therapeutic case management services.</li>
<li>Experience working in the mental health field.</li></ul>
