<div>Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day scheduling activities of a company operation. Maintain and expedite accurate schedules to appropriate departments. Communicate with production department, installers and customers as necessary for scheduling dates.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities<ul><li>
Coordinates daily production schedules with installers, vendors, sub-contractors, and customers to establish installation timelines.</li><li>
Interacts with external customers, vendors, and internal staff to obtain information needed to facilitate work planning, scheduling prioritization, resolution of technical issues, incorporating changes and identification of other special requirements.</li><li>
Communicates with customer regarding scheduling, status and technical issues.</li><li>
Communicates installation date schedules to internal departments as appropriate to ensure product is delivered by established deadline.</li><li>
Coordinates flow and work orders according to quality control inspections, schedule, and customer requests.</li><li>
Maintains accurate records of all trades.</li><li>
Utilizes computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting.</li></ul>

Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.</li><li>
Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.</li><li>

Education and Experience<ul><li>

Job Summary

Implements approved sales strategies to achieve targeted sales outcomes and foster valuable customer relationships, all while maintaining industry-specific product knowledge and a deep understanding of specialized services to effectively cater to client accounts.</li><li>
