Job Summary
Exceeds sales and profit targets in a designated territory by implementing sales and marketing programs and establishing both short and long-term sales strategies. Drives growth by securing profitable new accounts through industry research, networking, and proactive prospecting. This position requires operation of a company vehicle, or a personal vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 50% of the average work week. If selected for this position, the company will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities<ul><li>
Manages sales and customer retention initiatives efficiently to enhance overall sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while also overseeing the planning, forecasting, and reporting of sales activities and competitive pricing tactics.</li><li>
Generates a strategic sales call schedule and engages in face-to-face customer visits to identify vital opportunities and enhance sales revenue through the promotion of value-added solutions, skillfully navigating objections, and adversities.</li><li>
Identifies, develops, and maintains a pipeline of qualified, managed accounts to meet or exceed total sales and margin plan using a company designated customer relationship manager tool.</li><li>
Focuses on new account opportunities by utilizing effective cold call strategies to facilitate territory account growth opportunities.</li><li>
Implements approved sales strategies to achieve targeted sales outcomes and foster valuable customer relationships, all while maintaining industry-specific product knowledge and a deep understanding of specialized services to effectively cater to client accounts.</li><li>
Utilizes Salesforce reporting and data analysis to identify opportunities within territory for sales and revenue growth objectives.</li><li>
Reviews customer portfolio to identify and drive action with underperforming accounts.</li><li>
Collaborates with inside sales to support business growth and development.</li></ul>
Nature and Scope<ul><li>
Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.</li><li>
Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determines and develops an approach to solutions. Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.</li><li>
May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contributes to employees' professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority.</li></ul>
Work Environment<ul><li>
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.</li><li>
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.</li><li>
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.</li></ul>
Education and Experience<ul><li>
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.</li></ul>

Job Summary
Provides administrative support to a distribution center, including coordinating new hire onboarding, running reports, scheduling meetings, and answering phone calls. Provides operational warehouse support as needed.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities<ul><li>
Tracks and updates work hours, vacation time, sick time, and personal days for associates.</li><li>
Runs daily, weekly, and monthly reports for various distribution center functions.</li><li>
Maintains new hire paperwork, coordinates associate onboarding plans, and schedules new hire orientations and trainings.</li><li>
Ensures all associates have appropriate badging and monitors the flow of people within the distribution center.</li><li>
Schedules monthly engagement meetings between leaders and associates.</li><li>
Provides operational support for general warehouse duties.</li><li>
Responds to phone calls and emails related to customer orders.</li><li>
Performs other administrative duties as needed.</li></ul>
