 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 A. Business Development &amp; Acquisition
 
 
 
 
 
 Identify and onboard new emerging corporate clients (typically turnover between ₹250&ndash;2000 Cr, as per bank norms).
 
 
 Drive new-to-bank acquisition for working capital limits (funded and non-funded).
 
 
 Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and build strong referral networks.
 
 
 Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue, asset book, and liability targets.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 B. Portfolio &amp; Relationship Management
 
 
 
 
 
 Manage an existing portfolio ensuring revenue growth and portfolio hygiene.
 
 
 Deepen relationships by cross-selling trade, forex, CMS, corporate cards, treasury, and insurance products.
 
 
 Monitor account behavior, limit utilisation, and identify early warning signals.
 
 
 Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of service issues.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 C. Credit &amp; Risk Management
 
 
 
 
 
 Understand client&rsquo;s financials, business model, working capital cycle, and industry risks.
 
 
 Prepare detailed credit proposals and coordinate with credit teams for approvals.
 
 
 Ensure adherence to internal compliance, regulatory guidelines, and risk frameworks.
 
 
 Monitor security documentation, post-sanction conditions, and periodic renewals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 D. Internal Coordination
 
 
 
 
 
 Liaise with credit, legal, operations, trade desk, treasury, and other product teams.
 
 
 Work closely with CASA, CMS, Trade, FX, and Wealth teams to provide complete banking solutions.
 
 
 Ensure smooth processing of proposals, documentation, and disbursements.

 Strong understanding of working capital products (CC/OD, BG, LC, PCFC, Bill Discounting, etc.)

 &middot; Support Product lead to grow Educational book size as per assigned Targets. &middot; Product manager has to help Scope, Identify the untapped opportunities and drive acquisition across states in the below mentioned broad categories to achieve the assigned targets: 1. Daycare centers/Montessori&rsquo;s/Pre Schools/Nursery schools 2. Primary Schools, Secondary Schools (Private/Govt.) 3. Colleges (Private/Govt.) 4. Universities (Private/Govt.) 5. Education Boards &ndash; State &amp; Center 6. Vocational institutions 7. Coaching classes &middot; Tracking of Balance of the segment on regular basis and help reporting to management regularly as well as on reviews and monthly reports. &middot; Assist in Market Research, Competition analysis, existing data analysis for continuous improvement in product and portfolio growth. &middot; Segment the entire ecosystem and develop strategies to increase penetration in this ecosystem &middot; Assist to identify the requirements of the training centers/students and accordingly proposing the customized solutions. &middot; Assist the projects and organize the product trainings to the RBB team on new products/ solutions being introduced in education segment from time to time. &middot; Help Product Lead to coordinate and communicate with all the stake holders i.e. with respective GIB Solutions Team, Product, RBB, solution enablement teams for business development. &middot; To help create and develop relationship with Key Accounts through meaningful engagements.
 
 
 Drive Initiatives &middot; Assist replication of various initiatives across different segments and solutions through the solution enablement teams &middot; Create a calendar of events and other marketing related activities required to increase customer engagement and adoption &middot; Collaborate with the solutions team to develop new products to increase penetration across different segments &middot; Assist collection solutions specifically for Fee collection which is the main source of income for these institutions.
 
 
 &middot; Additionally various payment solutions can be offered to the institutions to acquire complete end to end requirement of the institution. &middot; Assist to Coordinate with empaneled vendors for providing ERP solutions to schools and to identify new vendors for best product offering and optimizing opportunities &middot; Basis segment requirement, help conceptualize &amp; provide customized products and solutions in co-ordination with GIB Solutions team, BTG, WBO, Aggregators and empaneled vendors.
 
 
 Collaboration &middot; Responsible to work in close coordination with all stake holders/cross functional depts. such as Trade team, TPP, Auto, Transportation, BBG to provide a comprehensive offer to customers. &middot; Assist to craft strategies to collaborate with other verticals and put in place systematic tracking &middot; Assist supervisor to act as an efficient bridge between RBB and all other departments for channel requirements like marketing, compliance, legal, various other product teams, etc. &middot; Analyze channel requirements and competition practices, considering risk parameters, and recommending changes in existing processes to ensure minimum opportunity loss for the business. &middot; To develop and promote bank brand in Education segment by carrying various marketing initiatives. &middot; Assist the projects and organize the product trainings to the RBB/Solutions enablement team on new products / solutions in segment.

 &middot; Help to circulate the new mandate to branches, PAN India and champion the acquired mandate with an objective of Increase in NAV &amp; CIB. &middot; Identify opportunities within education institutes like vendors, service providers whom we can onboard on our smart buy platform and get their business as well. &middot; Basis segment requirement, help conceptualize &amp; provide customized products and solutions in co-ordination with GIB Solutions Team, Solution Enablement team, BTG, WBO, Aggregators, ERP Solution Providers etc. &middot; Monitor and analyze the Cost to Income of the segment &amp; account level on a monthly basis &middot; Work on reduction of Cost to Income by taking appropriate cost reduction and income enhancement actions &middot; Identify X-sell Opportunities in the education portfolio in-order to improve the overall profitability of the channel &amp; the bank. &middot; Need assistance &ndash; Gap analysis vis-a-vis competitor&rsquo;s offerings and providing with feedback to the respective product teams, thereby enhancing the product capability - being one step ahead approach. &middot; Assist to Scope and Introduce alternate channels operating in the field of education and look for new partnerships with the bank to further improve our market share in the education segment. &middot; Help Product Lead to improve activation and cross sell in the existing book with the help of Solution Enablement Team and RBB team. &middot; Assist Product Lead to replicate the success stories of focused departments &amp; schemes across all states. &middot; Assist the projects and organize the product trainings to the RBB on new products / solutions in education segment.
