 Responsibilities

 Scoping the RM/PB customer for lead/joint calls OR make use of available resources in the branch for leads/joint calls
 </li>
 <li>
 To be the one-stop shop for each of our Express OD clients and provide suitable gamut of financial products such as Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, Other Assets Products as required by the customer
 </li>
 <li>
 Study the financials/bank statements/churn/interest servicing/aberrations from the stated nos as per product requirement
 </li>
 <li>
 Prospect for new sales leads and close sales
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Any graduate / post-graduate
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have sound knowledge about working capital &amp; other banking products
 </li>
 <li>
 Should possess good communication skills &ndash; written and verbal
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be able to utilize market information and should be able to translate it into business opportunities
 </li>

 About the Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify existing branch customers who meet Classic program criteria and flag them on the system to upgrade these customers under the program
 </li>
 <li>
 Acquire new customers who meet product criteria and flag them on the system
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly interact with the customer to build relationships and understand the profile.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieving MTD and YTD Revenue Targets &middot; Enhance the value/book size of the given portfolio &middot; Achieving Top Line targets for various products like LI, MF etc. &middot; Liability products &ndash; CASA, FX, Quickremit etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Update any portfolio client related process like LTR and any other such system as informed from time to time &middot; Handling Service Request for program clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts &middot; Follow all NR Desk related processes (like Day Plan, Fee Plan and any other that may be notified from time to time)
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Min Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream
 
 
 
 Required Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5to 12 years of experience in banking sales and with good communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Outbound Sales resource responsible for sourcing Liability business from the market
 </li>
 <li>
 Primary focus being acquiring New to Bank customers for the Bank
 </li>
 <li>
 Staff is also responsible for fulfilling of leads of Branch Staff and Other Verticals
 </li>
 <li>
 Along with Liability, staff is responsible for Cross sell of other products to customer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to the KYC and AML guidelines of the Bank for Account Opening
 </li>
 </ul>
