Essential Duties:
<ul>
<li>Masks off, if needed, for preparation for painting</li>
<li>Applies adhesives, caulking, sealants or coatings</li>
<li>Applies and utilizes cleaning solvents</li>
<li>Cleans equipment or machinery</li>
<li>Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions</li>
<li>Deals with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations</li>
<li>Reads measuring device</li>
<li>Works adjusted schedules and overtime when required</li>
<li>Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization</li>
<li>Adheres to all quality and safety standards</li>
<li>Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned</li>
</ul>Education/Experience/Other Skills &amp; Abilities:
<ul>
<li> High School diploma, or GED preferred.
</li>
<li> 1 &ndash; 3 years related industry experience
</li>
<li>In lieu of diploma, relevant work experience demonstrating the required job skills and abilities needed to successfully perform the job
</li>
<li>Operation of small power tools, other hand tools, computerized and high-pressure equipment</li>
<li>Goal oriented and team focused to ensure completion of projects in a timely manner</li>
