This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while advancing your teaching career.Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans focused on infant and toddler milestones, including literacy education, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.</li><li>Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.</li><li>Use curriculum development strategies to tailor activities that meet individual needs, including those requiring special education or early intervention support.</li><li>Foster strong communication with families through regular updates on child progress and classroom events.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of children's developmental progress and classroom activities in compliance with licensing standards.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent classroom management and uphold high standards of child welfare and safety.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings, especially with infants and toddlers is preferred.</li><li>Deep understanding of childhood development stages and best practices in early childhood education.</li><li>Proven ability to develop engaging curricula that include literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social skills.</li><li>Strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment conducive to young children's growth.</li><li>Knowledge of behavior management techniques tailored to infants and toddlers requiring additional support or special education services.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.</li><li>Experience in lesson planning, tutoring, or teaching physical education within early childhood programs is preferred.</li></ul>Pay: $11.15 - $14.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
