Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule<ul><li>
Position: ABA Behavior Technician, 8 year old boy</li><li>
Location: North Brunswick, New Jersey</li><li>
Job Type: Part time</li><li>
Schedule: Three days per week 3:30- 7:30 (Flexible schedule)
</li><li>Salary: $18 - $25 per hour 
Behavior Technician Key Responsibilities:</li></ul><ul><li>
Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans</li><li>
Track client progress through data collection</li><li>
Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living</li><li>
Collaborate with families for consistent treatment</li></ul> 
Behavior Technician Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be at least 18 years old.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.</li><li>
Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.</li><li>
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.</li><li>
Ability to pass background check.</li><li>
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.</li><li>
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.</li></ul>
