Work is task-order driven; start date and workload depend on task order award and customer need.Role SummaryOwn the metrics, KPI, dashboard, and executive reporting function for clinical informatics, transformation, or health IT initiatives. Convert operational, delivery, and performance data into decision-ready reporting for leadership.Core Responsibilities- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, KPI definitions, and performance scorecards- Support portfolio, PMO, Agile, and operational reporting- Validate source data, reconcile inconsistencies, and maintain reporting logic- Produce executive briefings, trend analysis, and recurring program performance reports- Translate complex data into concise visuals and narrative findingsMust-Haves- 8+ years in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or operational performance- 3&ndash;5+ years in healthcare, health IT, clinical operations, or informatics- Strong Power BI and Excel capability- Experience with KPI design, reporting governance, and executive-level reporting- Strong written communication and data validation disciplinePreferred- SQL, Python, Tableau, or ETL experience- VA/VHA systems exposure- PI planning/backlog/Agile performance reporting experienceHow to ApplyApply on Indeed with your resume and a brief note describing the KPI frameworks/dashboards you&rsquo;ve owned and your reporting cadence approach.Pay: $34.06 - $41.01 per hourWork Location: Remote
