Job Responsibilities
As a BCBA Supervisor at Headway ABA, you will be responsible for a range of critical functions, including:<ul><li>
Conducting initial and/or ongoing in-home client assessments, which may include ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.</li><li>
Performing functional behavior assessments.</li><li>
Developing comprehensive programs and behavior intervention plans.</li><li>
Providing training and supervision to paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) involved in one-on-one ABA services.</li><li>
Planning, overseeing, and evaluating the efforts of assigned staff to effectively address behavioral excesses and deficits by building functional skill repertoires.</li><li>
Supervising the ongoing ABA programs, assessing program performance, and making adjustments as needed.</li><li>
Delivering ABA training to parents and other caregivers.</li><li>
Managing electronic client progress data using Catalyst.</li><li>
Cultivating strong, supportive relationships with parents and caregivers.</li><li>
Demonstrating respect for cultural diversity and the ability to adapt ABA procedures accordingly.</li><li>
Exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li></ul>
Job Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:<ul><li>
Possession of a Master&rsquo;s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.</li><li>
Current BCBA certification.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.</li><li>
A collaborative and effective team member within a treatment team.</li><li>
Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.</li></ul>
