Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</li><li>
Location: Multiple Townships in New Jersey</li><li>
Job Type: Part Time</li><li>
Salary: $75 - $110 per hour</li></ul> 
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans</li><li>
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians</li><li>
Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed</li><li>
Provide parent training and collaborate with families</li><li>
Maintain documentation and uphold ethical standards</li></ul>
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:<ul><li>
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).</li><li>
LBA license issued by the State of New Jersey preferred (will be required in the near future).</li><li>
Previous experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li></ul>
