Job Title: AccountantJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate can manage financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.</li><li>Support budget preparation and monitor financial performance.</li><li>Assist in conducting internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments for financial data and reporting.</li><li>Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.</li><li>Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and resolve financial discrepancies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>1+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
