We cater to a premium clientele looking for results-driven skincare and a luxury experience. If you have a deep understanding of skin health, an exceptional touch, and a sophisticated approach to guest service, we want to meet you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Premium Skincare Delivery: Perform advanced, customized facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other signature esthetician services.</li><li>Consultations: Analyze clients' skin health and design personalized, ongoing treatment plans to help them achieve their long-term skin goals.</li><li>Retail &amp; Aftercare Advocacy: Educate clients on skincare routines, actively recommending home-care products to maximize treatment results.</li><li>Client Retention: Build deep, lasting relationships with our high-end clientele through flawless service, warm hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Spa Excellence: Maintain an immaculate, sterile, and serene treatment room that reflects our luxury brand standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Licensure: Active New York State Esthetician license in good standing.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a luxury spa environment preferred.</li><li>Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with advanced skin histology and high-performance skincare brands.</li><li>Schedule: Reliability and flexibility to work peak spa hours (including select weekends or evenings).</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hourWork Location: In person
