<div>POSITION SUMMARY:
The Primary Care Physician provide comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families across all ages, genders, and diseases and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses, focusing on preventive care to maintain overall health. The Primary Care Physician also conduct routine check-ups, administer vaccinations, offer health education and counseling, manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension and coordinate care with specialists.
The work hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch scheduled from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. The Primary Care Physician is not required to work on the weekends but is required to provide supervision of four (4) mid-level healthcare practitioners.

Identifying and managing acute and chronic medical conditions across all lifespans, pediatric to geriatric
</li><li>Performing physical exams, monitoring growth and development, and assessing overall health.</li><li>
Providing immunizations to prevent common childhood diseases.</li><li>
Offering guidance on nutrition, exercise, and safety to promote healthy lifestyles.</li><li>
Sharing information on child health, development, and behavior, and advising on common parenting challenges.</li><li>
Developing and implementing treatment plans for ongoing health issues like asthma, diabetes, and allergies.</li><li>
Coordinating care with other healthcare providers for specialized treatments or complex medical conditions.</li><li>
Ordering and analyzing lab tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tools to aid in diagnosis and treatment.</li><li>
Offering initial treatment and stabilizing young patients in emergency situations.</li><li>
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date health records for each patient.</li><li>
Ensuring accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures for insurance claims and billing purposes.</li><li>
Communicating with nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.</li><li>
Staying informed about and adhering to healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.</li><li>
Keeping up with medical advancements and maintaining licensure through ongoing education and training.</li><li>
Overseeing the work of medical assistants, nurses, mid-level practitioners, and other support staff.</li><li>
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice efficiency.</li><li>
Managing patient inquiries, providing test results, and offering follow-up care instructions.</li><li>
Meet the productivity expectations of an average of 22 patients per day including schedule and walk in patients</li><li>

CERTIFICATION &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
A medical degree from an accredited medical school, Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
</li><li>A Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Certificate</li><li>
A National Provider Identifier (NPI) Number</li><li>
A Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate
</li><li>Two years of experience as in primary care

Physician - General Medicine

<div>POSITION SUMMARY:
The Dermatologist is responsible for diagnosing and treating various skin, hair, and nail conditions. The Dermatologist assesses patient symptoms, conduct skin examinations, and use diagnostic tools, such as biopsies, to identify issues ranging from common skin problems, like acne and eczema, to more severe conditions, including skin cancer. The Dermatologist also perform minor surgical procedures, administer cosmetic treatments, and prescribe medications tailored to each patient&rsquo;s needs. Additionally, the Dermatologist educate patients on skincare, preventive measures, and post-treatment care. The Dermatologist&rsquo;s duties include maintaining detailed medical records and collaborating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
