About the JobWe are looking for a proactive, reliable, and technically strong IT Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support for our teams. This role involves remote and on-site troubleshooting, user management, system maintenance, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT assets and communication tools.Role Description1) Remote IT Support &amp; Systems Management<ul><li>Provide remote support through ConnectWise, LogMeIn, TeamViewer, and Microsoft Teams (screen share).</li><li>Perform Microsoft updates and system optimization.</li><li>Manage application updates (Adobe, eCW, Zoom, Chrome, etc.).</li><li>Conduct antivirus scanning, security checks, and performance optimization.</li><li>Install/uninstall applications as required.</li></ul>2) User &amp; Identity Management<ul><li>Manage Microsoft Azure / EntraID (add users, reset passwords, assign licenses).</li><li>Manage RingCentral virtual accounts.</li><li>Maintain password management systems for Admin, HR, and Management users.</li><li>Add/manage VPN users.</li></ul>3) Security &amp; Network Administration<ul><li>Monitor and manage firewall and security systems.</li><li>Resolve internet issues (Spectrum, routers, network switches).</li><li>Troubleshoot network connectivity issues for devices, phones, and communication tools.</li></ul>4) Office IT Support (On-Site)<ul><li>Physical hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting (keyboards, mice, monitors, webcams, cables, etc.).</li><li>Replace hardware components including monitors, printers, memory, and hard drives.</li><li>Reinstall Windows and configure devices for new users.</li><li>Resolve RingCentral physical phone issues.</li><li>Manage printer toner and basic office equipment upkeep.</li></ul>5) Application &amp; Platform Management<ul><li>Manage eCW users and support ticket handling.</li><li>Support Zoom/RingCentral account management.</li><li>Assist internal departments with technical needs as required.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support to assist users in resolving software and hardware issues.</li><li>Strong knowledge in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.</li><li>Experience in System Administration for managing servers, networks, and ensuring system security and updates.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.</li></ul>Interested candidates can apply directly or email their resume to hr@healthandjobs.com with the subject &ldquo;IT Support Engineer &ndash; Application&rdquo;.Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs280,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>IT Management: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
