DescriptionWe are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse to provide excellent health care to our patients. You will work with a variety of patients, and you will provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome patients, doctors and visitors.</li><li>You should be able to deal with queries and give accurate information.</li><li>Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by physicians</li><li>Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor vitals, provide drugs, administer injections, phlebotomy, ECG, Nebulisations)</li><li>Monitoring for side effects and record patient&rsquo;s condition and document provided care services and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions.</li><li>Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements,</li><li>Directly assisting the doctor during medical, dental, surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.</li><li>Performing I.V access, Phlebotomy, collection &amp; sending of specimen, oral suctioning, GRBS, Insulin administration, Nebulization, Oxygen inhalation, dressing and pre &amp;/post op care.</li><li>Responsible for explaining additional post-treatment home care needs to a patient's family or caregiver.</li><li>Manage inventory and update records in filing system.</li><li>Maintain proper infection control procedures including instruments disinfection and sterilization.</li><li>Knowledge of BMW disposal procedures</li><li>Manage accounts and expenditures.</li><li>Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Assist in home care.</li><li>Take up other additional duties as assigned.</li><li>Duty: Outpatient Department</li><li>Shift: Rotational/ Break</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Any Diploma/B.Sc.
