 to a growing Advanced Primary Care practice in
 
 Tucson, AZ,
 
 backed by a well-established healthcare organization known for its
 
 strong reputation
 
 and long-term stability. With expansion underway, it offers excellent career growth while
 
 emphasizing quality over quantity
 
 , allowing clinicians to build meaningful patient relationships through extended visit times, a lower daily census (5&ndash;16 patients/day),1:1 MA coverage and an on-site Behavioral Health Specialist.
 
 
 
 Schedule
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monday &ndash; Friday, 8:00 a.m. &ndash; 5:00 p.m.
 </li>
 <li>
 No weekends &amp; no evenings
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Pay:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 $140,000 annually (DOE)
 </li>
 <li>
 $500 Wellness Benefit
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Daily Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage patient services including referrals, care coordination, and follow-ups
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in daily team huddles and collaborate with physicians and leaders
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide compassionate, quality care with extended visit times (30 min follow-ups, 1 hr new patients)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Active, unrestricted NP license in the state of Arizona
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
