Internship Program</b>: HealthEdge offers a structured paid 12-week virtual internship program that will allow you to help drive meaningful and strategic project work that delivers real impact to our teams, customers, and business, while having fun along the way! You will support the Product team and will also get exposure to various departments and strategic initiatives through our Discover HealthEdge weekly series. Interns will also participate in our three-day Innovation Challenge and a final internship project presentation to showcase the impact you&rsquo;ve made. Additionally, we provide workshops focused on resume writing, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, and more!</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Your Impact</b></div><ul><li>
Analyze, clean, and visualize healthcare datasets to support Medicare Advantage and risk‑adjustment insights.</li><li>
Apply introductory data‑science techniques to explore patterns, identify anomalies, and support analytical outputs.</li><li>
Translate product and regulatory needs into measurable data elements and simple analytical summaries.</li><li>
Solve real‑world data challenges by preparing datasets, improving data quality, and supporting dashboard or metric creation.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What You Bring</b></div><ul><li>
Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related major</li><li>
Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools</li><li>
Self-starter</li><li>
Confident and accountable</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
