Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Ensure efficient patient flow through the clinic by following established workflows</li><li>
Provide clinical support including:<ul><li>
Escorting patients to exam rooms</li><li>
Recording vital signs and measurements</li><li>
Assisting with screenings and exams</li><li>
Administering treatments and medications as directed</li><li>
Counseling on safety, nutrition, and development</li></ul></li><li>
Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record</li><li>
Maintain exam rooms and supplies</li><li>
Perform laboratory services including phlebotomy and CLIA-waived tests</li><li>
Process referrals and track test results</li><li>
Serve as a communication liaison between provider and patient</li><li>
Provide administrative support including scheduling and inventory management</li><li>
Participate in team huddles and assist with training new Medical Assistants</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><br>
