The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, achieving monthly targets, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional client experiences.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth client flow in the slimming center.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.</li><li>Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.</li><li>Develop promotional strategies and coordinate with the marketing team.</li><li>Train, motivate, and guide the sales and reception staff.</li><li>Report directly to management with sales updates and performance reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).</li><li>Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Supervisor in the beauty, aesthetics, or slimming industry.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Goal-oriented with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.</li><li>Presentable, confident, and professional appearance.</li><li>Ability to start immediately preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Attractive basic salary + high commission structure.</li><li>Professional and supportive working environment.</li><li>Growth opportunities within a well-established brand.</li><li>Modern and dynamic clinic setting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
