<div><p><b>Position Overview:</b></p><p>
The Senior Vice President of Network Sales is a critically important leadership role within Health Monitor Network (HMN) responsible for providing leadership, management, mentoring and motivation of the entire field-based management team and our field representatives. This role, reports to the EVP, Chief Commercial Officer, and directly supervises 3 regional Vice Presidents and a growing team of field sales representatives. The field team is charged with building our physician office network securing incremental HCP offices for placement of our patient education digital screens and products at no cost to the HCP practice. The team is charged with identifying and prospecting enterprise level key accounts/group practices for the management team to engage.</p><p><b>
Essential Job Functions</b></p><ul><li>
Deliver results with incremental offices gained; new offices prospected, existing offices retained using quantitative goals and metrics thru our Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool</li><li>
Develop the field management team to train and motivate high performance and execution in the field. Owns the creation of sales training tools and resources leveraging both internal and external training resources for his/her team as needed each POA.</li><li>
Responsible for establishing quarterly POA goals, (qualitative and quantitative) targets and measurement of such goals</li><li>
Maintain/Build a personal list of accounts to target, grow and retain</li><li>
Set Sales Planning process; develops sales cycles for new and evolving products in collaboration with SVP Service team</li><li>
Participate in cross functional team and leadership</li><li>
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all current and future customers</li><li>
Work with IT to maintain sales tracking system</li><li>
Collaborate with SVP Operations to ensure adequate flow of screens for inventory needs</li><li>
Develop and foster strong relationships with other functional areas and internal strategic partners</li><li>
Lead and collaborate on various initiatives such as new programs, existing and new product campaigns</li><li>
Manages the entire sales process, both internally and externally, enabling transparency and teamwork towards achievement of goals.</li><li>
High emotional intelligence in the collaboration with customers, peers, cross-discipline departments and respective leaders of HM.</li><li>
Serves as an influential and respected leader within HM providing ethical, accountable and actionable leadership to the sales organization.</li><li>
Assures HM company compliance and regulatory requirements by the entire sales team.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; advanced degree a plus</li><li>
15+ plus years Sales experience in healthcare industry, B2B, medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience; or pharma services industry</li><li>
5 years proven Senior Sales Leadership experience</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office, sales tools, mobile devices, NetSuite (preferred)</li><li>
Strong sales metric analysis skills to diagnose and coach sales team to improve performance</li><li>
Consistent track record of quantifiable sales accomplishments</li><li>
Demonstrates behaviors and competencies established for a HM leader.</li><li>
High degree of initiative, organization, accuracy, sense of urgency and solution oriented</li><li>
Track record that demonstrates personal initiative, the ability to build high performing teams, and the capability to overcome challenges.</li><li>
Strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>
Ability to travel nationally 50% or more of work week</li><li>

Health Monitor Network (HMN) is seeking a Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis to partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership team in driving the company&rsquo;s financial strategy, planning, and performance. This role will lead financial planning &amp; analysis, financial operations, corporate development, providing data-driven insights to support growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making in an advertising-supported media environment.</div><div>
The ideal candidate brings deep FP&amp;A expertise, strong operational finance instincts, and experience within advertising-supported businesses&mdash;preferably in media, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.</div><ul><li>
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range strategic modeling to support HMN&rsquo;s financial goals and growth initiatives</li><li>
Own the annual strategic plan, operating plan, and forecast processes, ensuring alignment across the organization</li><li>
Produce forecasts and financial analyses to support executive decision-making</li><li>
Prepare executive team and Board of Directors materials, including financial presentations, analyses, and insights</li><li>
Prepare and enhance month-end financial management reporting packages, including variance analysis, trends, KPIs, and actionable commentary</li><li>
Provide proactive, insightful analytical support to functional leaders to help them meet business and financial objectives</li><li>
Develop, support, and continuously improve ongoing and ad-hoc reporting capabilities; identify risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions</li><li>
Develop and execute scalable processes to analyze company-wide financial and operational performance</li><li>
Identify business issues and execute solutions to improve operational efficiency and financial performance</li><li>
Critically analyze, model, and perform financial diligence on potential tuck-in acquisition targets and other corporate development initiatives</li><li>
Analyze profitability by product and by customer contributing recommendations on pricing strategy, go-to-market tactics, and resource allocation</li><li>
Provide proactive financial guidance, leadership, and recommendations to the executive management team</li><li>
Develop, implement, and maintain a best-in-class planning and analysis capability, including tools, processes, and performance metrics</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred</li><li>
10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&amp;A, financial operations, corporate development, or financial strategy roles</li><li>
Prior experience in an advertising-supported business model is preferred; experience in media, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries is a plus as well.</li><li>
Experience working in a private equity&ndash;backed environment is a plus, including exposure to PE reporting requirements, performance metrics, and value-creation initiatives</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to build and lead sophisticated financial planning, forecasting, and analytical processes</li><li>
Strong experience preparing executive-level and Board-level materials</li><li>
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations</li><li>
Experience evaluating M&amp;A or tuck-in acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling and diligence</li><li>
Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly and concisely</li><li>
