<div><div>HealthPartners is hiring a Communication and Instructional Design Consultant. This role is responsible for developing engaging communications and learning experiences to enhance colleagues knowledge of Compliance-related topics.</div>
<p><b>
ACCOUNTABILITIES</b><b>:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Course Development</b>: Design and develop courses and curriculum tailored to specific learning objectives and audience needs.</li>
<li><b>Communication Development</b>: Design and develop engaging content for various internal publications.</li>
<li><b>Collaboration</b>: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create course and communication materials.</li>
<li><b>Learning Experience Design</b>: Implement courses utilizing multimedia and e-learning platforms.</li>
<li><b>Quality Assurance</b>: Conduct assessments of courses and communications to ensure effectiveness.</li>
<li><b>Innovation</b>: Stay updated on emerging trends in instructional design and educational technology to continuously improve learning experiences.</li></ul><br>
<p><br>
 <b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b><b>:</b></p>
<ul>
 <li>A bachelor&rsquo;s in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.</li>
<li>4-6 years of experience in a healthcare or other highly regulated environment</li>
<li>Proven experience in instructional design or e-learning development. Preferably experience in a healthcare setting.</li>
<li>Familiarity with reading, analyzing and working with healthcare or other complex laws, regulations and requirements</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Excel and Visio</li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate, both written and oral, with different audiences, and tailor messages accordingly</li>
<li>Ability to grasp new and complex concepts quickly, identify key impacts and translate for others</li>
<li>Ability to self-motivate, take initiative and engage in critical thinking</li>
<li>A drive for proactive and continuous improvement</li>
<li>System thinking/orientation</li>
<li>Experience supporting complex projects</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills</li>
<li>Strong skills in research and information analysis</li>
<li>Strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing conditions, and meet deadlines</li>
