The Food Services Department plays a crucial role in promoting the health and well-being of residents through the provision of nutritious and appealing meals. This department is dedicated to creating a supportive and therapeutic environment by ensuring that all dietary needs are met and that meals contribute to the overall recovery process.
 
The Chef De Partie guides a team of staff and clients, executes food preparation, organizes catering in-house operations, ordering, and transporting/budgetary objectives for the agency. Additionally, the Chef De Partie ensures the safety of food handling practices, proper sanitation, utilization of the First In, First Out (FIFO) method and keeps supplies stocked. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Catering Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee, plan, organize, and execute catering offsite events in collaboration with Food Services Management team.</li>
</ul>
Food Service Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Ensure meals are well balanced, nutritious, and appealing.</li>
<li>Reduce unnecessary costs whenever possible and ensure all production and meal products are staged.</li>
<li>Follow standard production menu. Order food online within budget.</li>
<li>Prepare food for residents and catering as needed.</li>
<li>Drive food services van to transport food, meals, and other supplies between facilities.</li>
<li>Monitor on sites, productivity, etc.</li>
<li>Guides cooks and client volunteers, provide training on safe food handling, proper sanitation, and utilization of the FIFO method of inventory control, and coach team members on proper interaction with clients.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS

JOB SUMMARY
 HealthRIGHT 360, a family of programs, is located across 13 different counties in California. HealthRIGHT
 360 provides an array of medical and behavioral health services to some of the most vulnerable
 populations, ranging from primary care, mental health services, detox, substance use disorder treatment
 in both residential and outpatient settings, and transitional services for the criminal justice population.
 
The Specialized Treatment for Optimized Programming (STOP) Area Six Program connects California
 Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation inmates and parolees to comprehensive, evidence-based
 programming and services during their transition into the community, with priority given to those
 participants who are within their first year of release and who have been assessed to as a moderate to
 high risk to reoffend. Area Six includes San Diego, Orange, and Imperial counties. STOP subcontracts with
 detoxification, licensed residential treatment programs, outpatient programs, professional services, and
 reentry and recovery housing throughout the program area to assist participants with reentry and
 recovery resources.
 
The Case Manager works with a multidisciplinary team to provide casework services to clients, handle
 intake and initial placement in community-based services, transportation, case plan, case management,
 and interface with Division of Adult Parole Operations (DAPO) to assist clients in navigating the needed
 services to reach health and recovery. Case Manager I ensures that the quality of services delivered by
 the community-based providers (CBP) meet the standards set forth by the California Department of
 Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and HealthRIGHT 360.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Case Management Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Maintains an assigned caseload of up to fifty (50) CDCR clients, or more depending on needs.</li>
<li>Provides learning experience opportunities and offers clinical support to assist clients in meeting their treatment goals.</li>
<li>Develops Case Management Plans (CMP) for clients.</li>
<li>Develops and monitors clients’ progress relative to their CMP through all of phases of the program and links them</li>

Prototypes CHS-SUD Substance Treatment and Reentry Transition (START) provides direct in-custody SUD
 counseling, group therapy, and case management services to up to 150 women located at the Century
 Regional Detention Center (Lynwood County Jail). START services are evidence-based and culturally
 appropriate that utilize cognitive behavioral therapies and motivational interviewing approaches to treat
 addiction.
 
The Care Coordinator II is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team that supports our clients in their
 treatment and recovery by coordinating services, providing clinical assistance, and ensuring accurate
 documentation. The Care Coordinator II will develop individualized treatment plans and will help our
 clients meet treatment goals, manage crisis, assist with public benefits, and facilitate access to educational
 and community resources. Additionally, this role will advocate for our clients and ensure that they have
 the resources needed for successful reentry and long-term recovery.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Client Services & Coordination
 <ul>
<li>Provide learning experience opportunities and offer clinical support to assist clients in meeting</li>

<li>Perform crisis intervention and communicate with treatment team as unforeseen situations arise.</li>
<li>Document client updates and incidents in the facility log daily.</li>

Enrollment; offer information/referral regarding access to health; and encourage participation in
 educational opportunities, such as self-help support groups.

procedures.

<li>Provide direct services to incarcerated clients to plan their successful return to the community</li>

 Men’s Residential and Detox or 890 Residential Services is a program of HealthRIGHT 360 that serves male-identifying clients. This program has approximately 105 beds and provides residential treatment for substance use disorder (SUD) for up to 90 days. Clients are supported by a team of behavioral health professionals who provide counseling and education for substance abuse disorders, life skills, as well as individual and group therapy.
 The On-Call Therapist works collaboratively with a team consisting of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselors and SUD Supervisors to provide valuable insight, direction, and oversight of Drug Medi-Cal (DMC) services. They also participate in a collaborative care process for clients, which includes providing individual and group therapy. Additionally, they are responsible for providing safe, supportive, and confidential counseling; maintaining a culturally competent stance; and always creating and maintaining a trauma informed program environment.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Individual Treatment Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Manages an individual therapy caseload.</li>
<li>Performs individual psychotherapy services in a residential setting.</li>
<li>Provides counseling, support and psycho-education for individuals with co-occurring disorders that include screening clients for appropriate levels of services, assessments, treatment planning, case management, and referrals.</li>
<li>Maintains confidentiality while working as part of a treatment team and adhering with program norms.</li>
<li>Participates in case conferences, treatment planning and clinical discussions to provide holistic care.</li>
<li>Communicates with prescribing psychiatrists regarding psychotropic medication compliance, side effects, follow up appointments.</li>
</ul>
Treatment Setting Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Facilitates/co-facilitates process and psycho-educational groups for chronically mentally ill adults with co-morbid substance abuse diagnoses.</li>
<li>Assists Intake Department with initial psychological assessments for individuals seeking admission to program.</li>
<li>Assists clients and their care coordinators with referrals and other linkages to community resources.</li>
<li>Performs floor duties in the milieu that include (but are not limited to) assisting clients in coordinating outside appointments and transportation, overseeing client participation in program activities, monitoring medications compliance, and mediating client conflict when it arises.</li>
<li>Actively participate with the treatment team to continuously assess and refine clinical programming efforts.</li>
<li>Manages client risk and crisis intervention.</li>
<li>On call after hours pager rotation as well as rotating ‘Therapist of the Day’ responsibilities during regular business hours.</li>
<li>Attends staff and agency meetings.</li>
<li>Participates in agency trainings as required.</li>
<li>Complies with Board requirements for license registration/renewal.</li>

Documentation Responsibilities:

<li>Conducts assessments, completes ANSAs, develops treatment plans, completes release and consent forms, billing and reporting paperwork in hard copy and online in various electronic systems.</li>
<li>Completes Medicare and Medi-Cal documentation and billing.</li>
<li>Documents individual and group services delivered in various electronic systems in accordance with guidelines established by HealthRIGHT 360 to satisfy internal and external evaluating requirements.</li>

Other Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct mental health assessments and follow up with each client and treatment counselor.</li>
<li>Identify treatment needs, recommend treatment plans based on assessment, and work to ensure clients are able meet all requirements.</li>
<li>Provide diagnostic feedback and assessment information to facilitate accurate level step up or step-down services to support client’s goals.</li>
<li>Monitor client conduct, record client activity, and inform colleagues of potential challenges in treatment episodes.</li>
<li>Provide crisis assessment and intervention as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain appropriate/ethical boundaries with all clients and families served.</li>
<li>Facilitate timely access to mental health services on site and within the community.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS
 Education, Experience, and Credentials

<li>Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited graduate school.</li>
<li>Registration (AMSW, AMFT, APCC) from a regionally accredited graduate school and registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).</li>
<li>First Aid and CPR Certified within 30 days of employment.</li>
<li>Possession of valid California driver's license.</li>
