 Job Summary
 
 
 
 We are hiring compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional care in school office settings, on field trips, and in 1:1 cases.
 
 New graduate RNs are welcome to apply!
 
 
 
 As an RN, you will assess health needs, implement care plans, and advocate for students&rsquo; well-being.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Patient Care
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and respond to students' health needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer medications and treatments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with diagnostic tests and emergency situations.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Care Planning
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Modify care plans based on changing needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Education &amp; Advocacy
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate students and families on health management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support students in maintaining optimal health.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Documentation
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate medical records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with reporting guidelines and protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaboration
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with physicians and staff to ensure quality care.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
 </li>
 <li>
 BLS/CPR certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Up-to-date medical documentation (Physical, Titers, QuantiFERON).
 </li>
 <li>
 Fingerprinting clearance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.
 </li>

 What We Offer:

 Competitive Pay:
 
 $40.00 - $50.00 an hour.
 
 Pay rates are subject to change on a case-by-case basis
