We&rsquo;re a fast-growing, solution-driven team trusted by hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to deliver critical medical products.We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Sourcing &amp; Procurement Specialist with the drive and expertise to strengthen our procurement division and help us expand our global reach.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Source and build strong relationships with new global suppliers in the medical products industry.</li><li>Make a high volume of calls daily to connect with suppliers, negotiate terms, and secure the best deals.</li><li>Procure essential medical supplies (sterile water, surgical kits, respiratory devices, hospital essentials, etc.).</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to maximize profitability and reduce lead times.</li><li>Collaborate with logistics &amp; sales teams to ensure smooth procurement-to-fulfillment operations.</li><li>Stay ahead of market trends, shortages, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies proactively.</li><li>Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance effectively.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2+ years in global sourcing &amp; procurement (distributor/reseller experience preferred).</li><li>Proven negotiation skills with international suppliers.</li><li>Familiarity with compliance docs &amp; certifications (FDA, CE, etc.).</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; organizational skills.</li><li>Hands-on with procurement tools, Excel, and CRM/communication platforms.</li><li>Advanced English is required.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>100% remote work &ndash; collaborate with an international team.</li><li>Salary paid in USD + Competitive commissions.</li><li>A role with impact in the healthcare sector, ensuring providers have the supplies they need.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re a results-driven procurement professional who loves building supplier relationships, thrives on making calls and closing deals, and wants to make an impact in healthcare&mdash;we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
