 About the Position
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Set patients up on CPAP, BIPAP, and NHV therapy in office and in their homes.&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Conduct ventilation checks, oxygen titration/evaluation for O2 patients on conserving devices and POC&rsquo;s.&nbsp;
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Provide instruction on use of equipment and education on respiratory disease state.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Set up neonatal to adult patients on ventilators and performing monthly service checks while coordinating with local hospitals and referrals.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Schedule all patient equipment set ups, follow ups, mask refits, etc.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Keep detailed call logs of all phone communication, phone call attempts, and scheduled appointments.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Instruct patients thoroughly on use of all Respiratory Equipment.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Enter patient data into CPAP compliance tracking program.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Follow up on patient progress, work to increase patient compliance.
 </li>

 Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

 Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program, required.

About the Position
The Medical Delivery Technician is responsible for delivering, setting up, picking up, and troubleshooting Durable Medical Equipment (DME). As the face of the company, the Medical Delivery Technician provides exceptional customer service, embodying our core values of Empathy, Passion, Integrity, and Commitment in every interaction.<ul><li>
Deliver and install Durable Medical Equipment (DME) in a safe and timely manner.</li><li>
Provides delivery, pick up, and maintenance of all types of home medical equipment and medical supplies.</li><li>
Safe operation, organization, and maintenance of a company-owned vehicle.</li><li>
Educates patients, family members, and caregivers on proper and safe use of equipment.</li><li>
Minor repair and troubleshooting equipment.</li><li>
Thorough and accurate completion of all paperwork, trip logs, and van inventory checklist.</li><li>
Organizes and maintains equipment according to company policies.</li><li>
Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying equipment of varying weights.</li><li>
Navigating different sized areas to deliver and install the equipment.</li><li>
Picking up equipment and bringing equipment back for sanitation.</li></ul> 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Valid state-issued driver&rsquo;s license in the state where the employee works, required.</li><li>
Ability to cover one week of on-call requirements per month.</li><li>
High school diploma required.</li><li>
1 year of delivery and/or customer service, strongly preferred.</li><li>
Candidates should possess a safe driving history and will be required to complete a background screening as part of the hiring process.</li><li>
Must be 21 years of age to meet the coverage requirements of the company&rsquo;s auto insurance.</li><li>
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry equipment of varying weights.</li></ul>
