About the Position</b></p><ul><li>
Set patients up on CPAP, BIPAP, and NHV therapy in office and in their homes.</li><li>
Conduct ventilation checks, oxygen titration/evaluation for O2 patients on conserving devices and POC&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Provide instruction on use of equipment and education on respiratory disease state.</li><li>
Set up neonatal to adult patients on ventilators and performing monthly service checks while coordinating with local hospitals and referrals.</li><li>
Schedule all patient equipment set ups, follow ups, mask refits, etc.</li><li>
Keep detailed call logs of all phone communication, phone call attempts, and scheduled appointments.</li><li>
Instruct patients thoroughly on use of all Respiratory Equipment.</li><li>
Enter patient data into CPAP compliance tracking program.</li><li>
Follow up on patient progress, work to increase patient compliance.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Must be detail-oriented and organized.</li><li>
Motivated with a goal of becoming a long-term asset within the organization.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
What You Have to Offer</b></p><ul><li>
Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program, required.</li><li>
Respiratory Therapist license in the corresponding state, required.</li><li>
Exceptional organizational skills.</li><li>
Friendly, warm personality.</li><li>
One year in DME, preferred.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Compensation &amp; Schedule</b></p><div><br>

$34.00 - $36.00 per hour, dependent on experience</li><li>
Part-Time role, approximately 12-24 hours per week</li><li>
Per-Diem, we work with your schedule!</li></ul></div><p></p><p><b><br>

Jamestown, NY with the ability to travel to patients home in the greater area.</li></ul></div></div></div>
