Front Desk Officer preferably having experience in medical field.<ul><li>Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and medical staff in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>Manage patient registration, appointments, and scheduling</li><li>Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly</li><li>Maintain and update patient records accurately and confidentially</li><li>Verify insurance details and assist with billing or payment collection when required</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow</li><li>Handle walk-in patients and manage waiting areas efficiently</li><li>Prepare daily accounts reports, appointment lists, and administrative documents</li><li>Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable</li><li>Follow clinic policies, healthcare regulations, and confidentiality standards</li></ul>Basic Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in a medical clinic or healthcare reception is preferred</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office and clinic management systems is an advantage</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li><li>Fluent in English, Hindi/Urdu; Arabic is a plus</li></ul>Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per monthWork Location: In person
