From sparkling waters to functional drinks, we&rsquo;re redefining refreshment in the UAE and beyond.As we continue to grow, we&rsquo;re looking for a proactive and organized Administrator with strong FMCG (Beverage industry) experience to support our expanding operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business coordination.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate daily administrative and operational activities across departments.</li><li>Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to production, sales, and inventory.</li><li>Support the sales and operations team in order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination.</li><li>Assist in the procurement and purchasing process by preparing and tracking purchase orders.</li><li>Handle communication with suppliers, distributors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.</li><li>Prepare reports and summaries for management, including sales data, stock movement, and performance updates.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls.</li><li>Support HR and accounting functions such as attendance tracking, petty cash management, and document filing.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in administration within the FMCG (beverage or food) industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of order processing, inventory management, and logistics workflows.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
