We are currently hiring for <b>part-time positions</b>. <b>Two years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency medicine is preferred but not required.</b></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Do</b></h2><p>
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at HealthCARE Express, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.</p><p>
Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>
Obtaining patient histories and performing physical examinations</li><li>
Ordering and interpreting laboratory testing as appropriate</li><li>
Diagnosing illnesses and developing treatment plans</li><li>
Prescribing medications and treatments according to current standards of care</li><li>
Performing simple office procedures</li><li>
Maintaining accurate and timely medical records</li><li>
Following infection control and safety procedures, including proper handling of sharps and body fluids</li><li>
Delivering care that reflects current medical best practices while creating a positive, customer-friendly patient experience</li></ul><p>
When established protocols are not in place, you'll help lead the clinic by supervising and mentoring medical staff with a focus on teaching, coaching, and professionalism. We believe great leaders build others up and create an environment where teammates can learn, grow, and succeed.</p><p>
Flexibility is important in this role. You'll be expected to cross-train when needed, occasionally assist with responsibilities outside your normal scope of practice, and step in wherever you can to support the team.
