 Our West Coast healthcare client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Sourcing Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and healthcare industry knowledge to join our West Coast healthcare client&rsquo;s procurement team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Lawson ERP system and a proven track record in strategic sourcing, value analysis, and RFP management.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct comprehensive sourcing analytics and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimal supplier solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and manage RFP processes, including development, analysis, and vendor evaluation
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform detailed proposal comparisons and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize Lawson ERP system to maintain accurate product data, pricing, and contract information
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Value Analysis committees to evaluate products and services for clinical and operational effectiveness
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and present analytical reports to stakeholders demonstrating cost savings and procurement effectiveness
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with clinical and non-clinical departments to understand their needs and requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Support contract negotiations and implementation
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with Lawson ERP system
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in RFP development and management
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in value analysis and product evaluation processes
