Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Provide respiratory care and treatment for patients with COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, and other cardiopulmonary conditions</li><li>Assess patients&rsquo; physical and mental status; perform clinical evaluations and skill-based procedures</li><li>Monitor ventilatory support and respond to cardiopulmonary symptoms; adjust care as clinically indicated</li><li>Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team; participate in problem-solving and care planning</li><li>Educate patients and groups as appropriate; maintain current knowledge of regulatory standards and patient safety goals</li><li>Participate in required education for program curricula; float to other departments as qualified when needed; perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul> 
Requirements 
<ul><li>Current Oregon RT License (active) and current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential</li><li>Certifications: PALS, NRP, BLS, and ACLS are required</li><li>Education: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program</li><li>Experience: None required</li><li>CRASE training: If travel assignment extends beyond a 6-month period, CRASE training will be required</li></ul>
