With a strong presence across North India, we focus on delivering compassionate, effective, and result-oriented healthcare at home and in our clinics.Role Overview:We are looking for a qualified and passionate Physiotherapist (BPT/MPT) with 3&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in patient rehabilitation and therapy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized physiotherapy sessions at our Mohali centre and during home visits.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assess patient conditions and design customized treatment plans.</li><li>Provide physiotherapy sessions for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and geriatric patients.</li><li>Maintain accurate case records and therapy documentation.</li><li>Educate patients and caregivers about home exercises and lifestyle modifications.</li><li>Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for holistic treatment.</li><li>Ensure hygiene, discipline, and professional service standards at the clinic.</li><li>Participate in health awareness programs and promotional activities.</li><li>Inventory Management</li><li>Take Feedback calls</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Qualification: BPT / MPT (Registered with State Council)</li><li>Experience: 3&ndash;4 years of clinical practice</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong communication and patient handling skills</li><li>Compassionate, empathetic, and confident approach</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively and work independently</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office and therapy documentation</li></ul>Additional Preference:<ul><li>Experience in pediatric, neurological, or geriatric rehabilitation</li><li>Exposure to autism or speech therapy patients will be an added advantage</li><li>Candidates residing near Mohali will be preferred</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives</li><li>Growth opportunities into Centre Manager or Rehab Specialist role</li><li>Supportive and professional work culture</li><li>Medical and accidental insurance benefits</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
