Role OverviewWe are looking for a qualified and compassionate MBBS Doctor to oversee patient management at Healthy Jeena Sikho. The role requires a balance of clinical expertise, patient counseling, and coordination with our care delivery team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct patient consultations and medical evaluations for device-based therapies (BiPAP, CPAP, Oxygen Concentrators, Wheelchairs, etc.).</li><li>Oversee patient management plans, ensuring quality care and compliance with medical protocols.</li><li>Provide medical guidance to nurses, caregivers, and the sales/support teams.</li><li>Review patient progress and modify treatment recommendations as required.</li><li>Support health awareness and CSR initiatives such as sleep apnea awareness programs.</li><li>Document and maintain accurate patient records.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>MBBS degree (MCI recognized) &ndash; Mandatory.</li><li>0&ndash;5 years of experience (freshers welcome).</li><li>Strong communication and patient-handling skills.</li><li>Compassionate, ethical, and dedicated to patient well-being.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Growth<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with one of the leading healthcare providers in North India.</li><li>Exposure to both clinical and business aspects of patient care.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
