 Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
 
 
 
 Oversee daily fashion closet sample activity, including maintaining accurate records with check-in/check-out photos uploaded to the server at the end of each day
 
 
 Execute and assist with fashion sample call-ins for cover shoots, fashion stories, front-of-book, features, digital, and video content
 
 
 Maintain and manage shoot and trunk shipment schedules, including international shipping logistics, carnets, and customs paperwork
 
 
 Organize and prepare storyboards for stylist updates, editorial run-throughs, and fittings
 
 
 Ensure smooth coordination between stylists, editors, and production teams
 
 
 Support the fashion team in producing best-in-class visual content across platforms
 
 
 Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to maintain streamlined operations
 
 
 This position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week in the office
 
 
 
 Qualifications (What We&rsquo;re Looking For)
 
 
 
 You have 1+ years of experience working on the market team at a consumer fashion magazine
 
 
 You have a strong interest in fashion and a pulse on current trends, designers, and industry news
 
 
 You have excellent writing and communication skills
 
 
 You are collaborative and function well in a fast-paced environment
 
 
 You have a good attitude and top-notch organizational skills
 
 
 Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
 
 
 Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced editorial environment
 
 
 Strong understanding of fashion trends, designers, and seasonal collections
 
 
 Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and shared file systems
 
 
 Prior experience working in a fashion closet or with fashion samples is strongly preferred
 
 
 Must be comfortable lifting/moving fashion trunks and handling physical inventory

 The base salary for this role is between
 
 $60,000 - $62,700
 
 . The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

 Esquire is seeking a Designer to work across multiple platforms to help shape the visual direction of one of the most iconic brands in media. Responsibilities include multi-platform design (print, digital, website, social), photoshoot art direction, visual strategy, illustration, typography, video, and all forms of creative ideation. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of design sophistication, an eye for detail, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines with inspiring ideas and a great attitude. We are seeking someone who is excited to contribute to the award-winning journalism, fashion, culture, and visually compelling content that has defined this iconic brand for over ninety years.  Execute artistic design and layout solutions for content

 Create mood boards, infographics, and design elements for digital features.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the creation of content for social media platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Create video design as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Design layouts for Apple News+ issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute art concepts to visual meetings with editors and the art department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on projects from concept to postproduction, making sure designs meet brand standards and deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with editors and art directors to develop and execute visual concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commission illustrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare mood boards for various photoshoots to help create cohesive visual storytelling across all platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create visual assets for newsletters, e-commerce, presentations, events, and various brand initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic and identity across all platforms including print, digital, social, video, and various brand projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop graphic elements and visual content for print, website, video, social, and all other digital platforms&mdash;including optimizing photos, resizing and cropping images, original collages, and creating conceptual artwork.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role is currently based in the NYC office at least 3 days a week. No remote option.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications (What We&rsquo;re Looking For)
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You have at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 You are a master of digital design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of Figma and Adobe After Effects helpful.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity working in a CMS
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with creating gifs and motion graphics a plus, along with illustration skills and video experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 You possess a keen eye for typography and have experience designing for web and mobile.
 </li>
 <li>
 You have a sophisticated visual sense and the ability to keep the visual identity of the brand consistent.
 </li>
 <li>
 You are both a self-starter and a team player who can keep up in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interest in design, photography, fashion, entertainment, journalism, culture, and current industry technology.
 </li>
