Key Responsibilities1. Patient Assistance &amp; Guidance<ul><li>Welcoming patients and helping them with registration, admission, and discharge procedures.</li><li>Explaining hospital policies, treatment plans, and billing details in simple language.</li><li>Guiding patients/families about facilities, departments, and services available.</li></ul>2. Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Acting as the point of contact between doctors, nurses, and patients.</li><li>Coordinating appointments, diagnostic tests, and follow-ups.</li><li>Updating patients and attendants regarding the progress of treatment or procedures.</li></ul>3. Administrative Support<ul><li>Assisting in filling consent forms, insurance forms, and other documentation.</li><li>Maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy of data.</li><li>Coordinating with TPA/insurance desk for cashless or reimbursement-related support.</li></ul>4. Patient Experience &amp; Satisfaction<ul><li>Handling patient queries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.</li><li>Ensuring patients feel comfortable, respected, and supported during their stay.</li><li>Collecting patient feedback and reporting it to hospital management.</li></ul>5. Clinical Coordination (Non-medical but supportive)<ul><li>Ensuring patients reach the right department/doctor on time.</li><li>Coordinating with nursing and support staff for patient needs.</li><li>Following up on investigations, reports, and scheduling consultations.</li></ul>6. Emergency &amp; Special Cases<ul><li>Assisting in emergency admissions and ensuring smooth coordination with casualty/ER.</li><li>Helping critical patients and their attendants with quick movement through processes.</li><li>Supporting international or outstation patients with logistics and documentation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,807.89 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
